Plain-language house rules. If anything here does not work for your trip, call the front desk — we would rather sort it out before you arrive than at the door.
Booking online holds your card to guarantee the reservation — you're not charged. A valid credit or debit card and photo ID are required at check-in, and the balance is settled at the desk.
Our front desk is open 24/7, so you can arrive any time. Check-in is from 3:00 PM; if your room is not clean and ready before then, you are welcome to come in early to pay and check in, and we will call you the moment the room is ready to go. Check-out is by 11:00 AM — a late check-out is sometimes possible for an additional fee, just ask.

The card is used to guarantee the room and cover incidentals; the balance is settled at the desk.
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, may be charged one night at the booked rate. Cancel online at /manage with your confirmation number, or call the front desk on (254) 435-2851.
Every room is pet-friendly. There is an additional fee per pet, per night, for any room with a pet — please let the front desk know when you book or check in. Pets must not be left alone in the room, and we ask that you keep them leashed on the property. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
We offer both non-smoking and smoking rooms — choose the one you want when you book. Smoking in a non-smoking room results in a deep-cleaning fee. Smoking is not permitted in the laundromat, the office, or anywhere inside the RV park utility buildings.
Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM across the motel and the RV park. A lot of our guests are working early starts, and we take this one seriously.
Sites are assigned by rig size and the amp service you request. Sewer connections must use a sealed fitting. Please keep your pad tidy and dispose of grey water at the hookup only. Weekly and monthly stays are arranged directly with the front desk.
Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear. We hold lost property for 30 days — call us and we will post it back to you at cost.
